Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel, our refund agreement reflects the fact that we incur most of the expenses of your event before you arrive. If you won’t be able to attend your event, please let us know as soon as possible. In some instances, you may re-assign your attendance to someone else.

Institute for Extraordinary Banking™ will require advance written notification of any changes in the attendee’s name and contact information. All cancellations must be submitted to Events@ExtraordinaryBanking.com. While voicemail will not be an accepted method of cancellation, you may call and speak to any Institute for Extraordinary Banking™ team member at 952-820-0300. Cancellation will be considered official from the date written or verbal confirmation is received by Institute for Extraordinary Banking™.

  • 90 days out or longer – Full refund available
  • 89 – 60 days out – Less 20%
  • 59 – 30 days out – Less 50%
  • 29 – 0 days out – No refund available

Client Certificates: Full refund available, except for no refund on cancellations 29-0 days out.
